Compensation:

• Analyze alternatives and give recommendations
• Deliver high quality code as per the project schedule
• Work closely with testing team, business analyst and project manager
• Provide guidance to junior team members

Technical Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in development of Java web applications
• Hands on experience in Core Java and J2EE technologies (EJB, JSP, Servlets, JMS, Web Services)
• Experience in MVC/Spring and Hibernate is preferred
• Hands on with any of the IDE (Eclipse, Netbeans etc) and Application Servers (Websphere, Weblogic, Tomcat etc)
• Experience with SQL and Databases (DB2, Oracle or SQL Server)
• Experience in working on AIX / Solaris / Linux platforms
• Working Knowledge of Object oriented programming and SOA
• Strong software engineering, project management knowledge & experience
